* Sig Sauer has changed the frame of the Stainless Elite (serial number 47A146757 and above) with a new cut at the bottom. Our gun grips will require a slight modification to fit the new frame. This can be easily accomplished with a file or dremel tool.
Frame fitment:
- Fit Sig Sauer P226 models including, but not limited to; MK25, Stainless Elite, Tac-Ops, and 90s Era West German Manufacture.
* Will NOT fit the 226 SAO, X-Series models with a safety.

P-226 grips
I like the design of the grips. Fit is superb. My only complaint is the color I ordered is not the color I received Thats the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I guess you can't have it all.
Great texture & complement to FDE
Props to the other reviewer for saying this color is more like FDE+black, because it looks great with my FDE cerakote unit. Texture is tons better than stock too.

I am very happy with these grips.
Nice Grips
I bought these as a more affordable alternative to the Hogue grips. The execution of the design is pretty flawless. It fit perfectly on my 226. However, the color seems less like black and grey and almost like black and FDE, and the grip texture allows for more rotation in the hand than something that had more vertical cuts.If I had it to do over, I'd probably just get straight black and maybe the slant grip texture.
